Chandni Lochan, a Rastrapati Guide, has taken upon herself an undertaking to help build this project in pursuit of the betterment of our society.

She studied in Mahbert for nursery and later at St. Joseph's, Siliguri, and made her schools proud by receiving the Rajya Puruskar award from the Governor of Bengal.

An ardent follower of righteousness, she is a debout student of Law and has firm convictions for speedy justice to all. She is always on the lookout for the improvement in our slow and outdated judicial system, inherited from the British Raj, which should be streamlined and made accountable for the real development of our society to be able to compete globally.
