This is the vision of a human being who set his foot on this land in 1976. He had a dream of assisting the society to develop into a high socio - economic entity at par with any international competitive industrial society. The natural elements of this area promises this vision which has to be translated into reality by the hard toil of a group of determined individuals.

A person should complete his studies by the age of 20, after which he should work actively till the age of 50, and then he should pass on the mantle to his successor and involve himself in the philanthropic activities to upgrade his society, from which he has drawn his strength to complete his life mission.

Rajiv Lochan, after completing his studies from Allahabad University, one of the best seats of education in India, with the motto of "Quot Rami Tot Arbores" meaning "As many branches as there are trees", set up his Tea business in Siliguri, where again the motto was "Serving society with superior quality products", and then after handing this over to his nephew Ankit Lochan, now has embarked upon this philanthropic activity to fulfill the dream project of his father.
