The Indus Foundation seeks to develop and promote an International quality primary education in North East India where an enormous gap remains to be filled for the desired education system to be followed for the upliftment of IQ levels of the local children to match those of main stream populance residing in the other developed Indian States like that of Kerela, Maharasthra and Delhi. The literacy rate of West Bengal is 57.72% as that of Kerala is 100%, why is the question this Foundation asks?
